Jensco, Inc. is a family owned and operated business established in 1983, as a general merchandise distributor.

We pride ourselves on offering quality products and service.

We are an old time wholesaler, and thus do not publish a catalog. Businesses, if you are interested in wholesale pricing, please call us!

Jensco, Inc. is a member in good standing of the Connecticut Better Business Bureau and the Connecticut Business and Industry Association.

We strive to ship all orders within 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Delivery of merchandise may take from one to eight days via regular Ground UPS depending on the delivery zone, USPS may take 3-5 days via Priority Mail/First Class Mail, Parcel Post may take up to 3 weeks. During the holiday season, please allow for extra time to receive your order. If there is a delay in shipping, due to an out of stock situation, we will notify you via E-Mail.

Orders qualifying for this offer will be shipped via the carrier of our choosing.

Shipping & Handling


All orders are shipped using UPS Ground or USPS Mail, with the exception of chemical related products, which must be shipped US Mail Parcel Post. We make every effort to choose the delivery type that will reach you quickly.

Once your order leaves the Jensco.com warehouse, you will be notified of the method of shipping and the tracking number of the package. You may track your package online using the tracking feature provided on your order status page. We stand behind our chosen carriers, but understand that we cannot control their delivery schedules, so package delivery time will vary.

Please be aware that for faster day-definite delivery express shipping is available upon request.

If you live in Alaska, Hawaii, the US Virgin Islands or Puerto Rico you will receive your order via USPS Priority Mail.

Please note that due to shipping regulations concerning aerosol containers and materials considered hazardous, some chemical orders must be shipped US Mail - parcel post. This may add 3 or more shipping days over and above the service available with UPS and USPS Priority Mail, so please plan accordingly! Air/express Delivery is not available on many Chemical items.

If there is a delay in shipping, due to an out of stock situation, we will notify you via E-Mail.

International Shipping


Unfortunately, not all products offered for sale at Jensco.com are available for export. Any orders received for items that are not available for export will be cancelled.

We are pleased to introduce shipping to Canada and other international destinations.

For our Canadian customers, shipping charges will be automatically calculated in the shopping cart. UPS service is available to Canadian destinations at an additional charge. You may incur a duty charge, which is the customer's responsibility to pay.

International customers residing in countries other than Canada will have their shipping charge calculated manually, and added to the order total. International customers will be contacted via email with the adjusted order total prior to shipment for approval. All international orders may incur a duty charge, which varies by destination, which is the responsibility of the customer to pay.

International customers choosing Pay Pal as their method of payment will receive a separate invoice through the Pay Pal system for shipping charges.

Duty on International Orders

International customers are responsible for any duty imposed on purchases. Prices shown are in US dollars. Some products are not available for export to international destinations.

Warranty

All of our products come with a 30 day money back guarantee against defects in workmanship. After thirty days, the individual manufacturer warranty applies on all items.

Please notify us within 24 hours of receipt if items are received damaged. Our office will provide you with disposition on the damaged item and make arrangements to replace the item or issue a refund via a charge credit.

Merchandise Returns

You may return any item purchased from Jensco within thirty days of purchase. We will be happy to credit your charge account for the original merchandise purchase price, less invoiced shipping and handling. Please contact our office by phone 1-800-270-4202, or via email customer-inquiry@jensco.com to let us know you would like to return an item so that we can expect the merchandise return and expedite the charge credit.

If you have received an item as a gift from Jensco.com, and would like to return or exchange it, please contact us! We will make arrangements to issue you a merchandise credit, which may be used towards any item + shipping/handling in the Jensco.com online store.

We do not give cash refunds. Refunds on returned merchandise are processed as a charge credit to the original purchaser's credit card, less shipping and handling.

Holiday Shipping


Holiday Shipping

The rule here is "Order Early"!

The holiday season is an extremely busy time for us here at Jensco.com. We suggest placing your order online for the most efficient service.

During the holiday season our standard shipping policy applies (see Order Processing Information tab in the "Shipping" section at TheKitchenDrawer.com, a division of Jensco, Inc.).

Merchandise is committed to and shipped to customers in the order of receipt. We do not give preference to express shipments. After December 10th, merchandise availability may be limited. We will do our best to accommodate all requests within reason. Many chemical items must ship via Parcel Post, which may take up to 6 weeks (or more) to deliver during the holiday period. Since we do not have control over the Postal Service or UPS we cannot guarantee delivery time with any regular shipment after December 10.

If you have questions about availability of items or shipping to a specified destination, please contact us using the "ask us a question" link, or by calling us at 1-800-270-4202. Additionally, UPS ground transit times can be found by using the zone map link in our shipping section.

Please review our return policy before ordering.

Orders placed after Monday, December 10 may require upgraded shipping (at an additional cost) to arrive at their destination before the holiday. Please note that not all items offered here at Jensco Inc. and TheKitchenDrawer.com can be shipped by express methods.

To give our employees time with their families, Jensco, Inc & TheKitchenDrawer.com customer service department will close at NOON EST December 24, 2013. Customer Service will be available to assist you on December 26, 2013.

Jensco.com will also be closed for the New Years holiday, beginning at Noon,December 31, 2013 and re-opening January 2, 2014.
